Effective date: June 12, 2026
This policy covers the opnrs app for iPhone, iPad, and Android, made by DUATECH LLC in Phoenix, Arizona. It describes what the app collects, what it never collects, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
opnrs has no accounts and no profiles. Your conversations belong to the room they happened in: the app never records, stores, or transmits what you or anyone else says. The app works fully offline. The small amount of data that does leave your device is listed below, completely.
You do not create an account to use opnrs. We do not have your name, your email address, or a profile of you. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google against your store account, not by us. Because there is no account, there is no account data for us to delete; the data on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Three things, and only these:
Usage analytics (PostHog). The app sends anonymous usage events, such as the app being opened, a topic being browsed, or a feature being used, to PostHog, our analytics provider, hosted in the United States. These events include basic device information (device model, operating system, app version, language). They never include the text of questions you view, anything you say, or anything you record. We use this to understand which features matter and to make the app better.
Purchase information (RevenueCat). When you subscribe or buy lifetime access, Apple or Google processes the payment. The app shares the purchase receipt with RevenueCat so your access works and stays in sync across your devices. We never see your payment card or billing details; those stay with Apple and Google.
Crash and diagnostic data (through Apple and Google). The app does not include its own crash reporting tool. If your device is set to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple or Google may pass us crash reports. That sharing is controlled entirely by your device settings.
The app also periodically checks our update service for new content and fixes. That check is a standard network request and is not used to identify you.
Mini pods are short videos you record in opnrs with question cards over your camera. They are created by you, saved directly to your camera roll or gallery, and are never uploaded, viewed, or stored by us. The camera, microphone, and speech recognition permissions that mini pods request are used on your device only. If you choose to share a recording with someone, that is your action through your own apps.
We do not collect your contacts, messages, photos, location, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. We do not record audio or video. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not show third-party ads.
The full list of services that receive any data from the app: PostHog (analytics), RevenueCat (purchase management), Apple and Google (payments, app distribution, and optional diagnostics). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Analytics events are kept in aggregate form to study trends and are not tied to your identity. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to honor your access, including lifetime purchases.
Where GDPR applies, our basis for the analytics above is legitimate interest in improving the app, and for purchase data it is performing our contract with you. You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Because the app holds no account data, most requests concern analytics events; contact us and we will handle your request.
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. California residents may ask what categories of information we have processed and request deletion. Contact us using the details below.
opnrs is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and, for meaningful changes, say so in the app's release notes.
